Eatumbria is an association that has the purpose of giving its guests an insider approach to Umbrian food and wine. We have carefully selected our suppliers in order to allow our guests to know how local produce is made or grown according to a centuries old traditions. The ingredients that are used in the cooking classes are either produced on the farm where the lessons take place or bought from neighboring farms.
Our itineraries take guests off the beaten tracks, the cooking classes are held in private homes and for this reason we offer our activities only to small groups (max. 8 people)
